We want you to have a great chocolate experience whether you make your purchase online or in our shop. Shipping chocolate can be a challenge so we have designed our shipping procedures to minimize the risks as much as possible. While we can’t guarantee the handling of your order once it is picked up, we will do everything we can to reduce the risks.
Your order will be filled (boxed and packaged) within 24 hours of the business day it is received. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders placed on those days will ship on Tuesday.
We ship throughout the US except for Alaska and Hawaii using USPS Priority Mail so your order should arrive within 3 business days of pick up.
Warm Weather Shipping May - September
If the temperature is warm in your area when you place an order, we strongly encourage you to add warm weather packaging at checkout. A fee of $7.00 will be added to cover the costs of our custom insulated packaging and ice packs.
During warm weather months, we may delay the ship date of orders to avoid our chocolates sitting in a warehouse or truck over the weekend. During the hottest part of the summer, we may suspend shipments of our heat sensitive items until the weather cools.
