Shipping policy
We want you to have a great chocolate experience whether you make your purchase online or in our shop. Shipping chocolate can be a challenge so we have designed our shipping procedures to minimize the risks as much as possible. While we can’t guarantee the handling of your order once it is picked up, we will do everything we can to reduce the risks.
Your order will be filled (boxed and packaged) within 24 hours of the business day it is received. We are closed on Sundays so an order placed on Sunday will ship by Tuesday.
We ship throughout the US except for Alaska and Hawaii at a flat rate of $9.95 using priority mail so your order should arrive within 2 business days of pick up.
Warm Weather Shipping May - September
If the weather is warm in your area when you place your order, we strongly encourage you to add warm weather packaging to your order (the last item in our shop listing). A fee of $3.00 will be added to your order to cover added packaging costs.
During warm weather months, we may delay the ship date to avoid our chocolates sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. During the hottest part of the summer, we may suspend shipments of our heat sensitive items until the weather cools.
